My name is Jeff Smith and I’m a Temple, TX native. I’m a licensed fishing guide on Lake Belton & Lake Whitney, TX. I’m married to my beautiful wife, Tosha, who helps me behind the scenes. Together we have a spirited, young daughter who loves to go fishing! I have been fishing Belton Lake for pleasure my entire life. In the past several years, I have won fishing tournament awards on various Texas lakes with a fishing partner before starting my life long dream in January 2017 as a licensed fishing guide.
I fish year-round & offer half-day & large group (multiple boats) fishing trips. My day starts well before you arrive at the boat dock catching live bait. My goal is for you to have the most enjoyable experience! We’ll aim to catch hybrid striped bass or striped bass depending on which lake we’re fishing. They put up the best fight, but we may catch catfish & other bass also. I would love to share my passion & have you join me on my next outing no matter your skill level!

Equipment
We’ll fish in my 24 foot 2013 Blazer Bay center console boat rigged with plenty of rods & reels, rod holders, a fishing graph to help us find the fish, and a bait tank to keep the fresh shad (bait) alive throughout the day.
